Shipping Information

For orders outside the U.S. and Canada please email us.

Display cases and Dynasty Collages do not qualify for the $5.95 shipping.
On combined orders you will only pay shipping on the items exempted from the special.
$5.95 ground shipping is not available on Canadian orders
In Stock Orders usually ship in 24 to 72 hours.
Please allow 3-4 days extra for framed items.

Your credit card is authorized and charged when you are ordering on our website. In stock orders usually ship in 1 to 3 days. Please allow 3-4 days extra for framed items. Please note that all photomints and coins are shipped direct from the manufacturer and the current time frame for shipping is 7-10 business days upon processing of your order. On Next Day Air orders received before 12PM EST, when the item is available to ship, we will ship the same day. On all other Express orders, your item(s) will ship by the service that you requested within the 5-7 day period.

All listed merchandise on the site is in-stock, or made to order, as of the last time the database was updated. Occasionally, high demand or an inventory oversight causes us to run out of certain items. In the event that an item is out of stock, or needs to be backordered, we will notify you by e-mail or phone. Charges for out-of-stock items will be voided or credited back to your card and you will be notified that the item is not available.

We can cancel your order if the item has not shipped. If the order has been shipped and is in transit, then our return policy applies. To cancel you must notify us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of placing your order. Upon receipt of your valid cancellation notice, we will credit back your payment.

1. Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect all boxes immediately. If any items are defective, damaged or incorrect please contact Authentic Sports Collectibles WITHIN 15 DAYS for a return authorization (RA) number. No return authorization numbers will be issued after 15 days from the date of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: Return requests for any reason cannot be honored after 15 days of receipt of item.

2. In order to receive credit, we require that you:

a. Mark the shipping carton CLEARLY with your return authorization number.

b. Include the item to be returned with our Certificate of Authenticity.

We are required to collect 7.375% sales tax if your order is purchased in New York The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is placed
